What we collect

When you send the appointment request form, we receive what you type into it: your name, email, phone number, your Volvo's year and model, and your message. If you call or email us, we have whatever you share with us then.

How we use it

To reply to you and schedule your appointment.
To keep service records for your car.
To follow up about work we've done or recommended.

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers that help run this website and deliver the form to our inbox.

Website visits

Like most websites, this one uses basic analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. That information is about visits in general and isn't tied to your name. The form is protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is sending it.

You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time.
